Welcome drinks will be semi-formal. The wedding will be formal attire. Suits and tie are appropriate but a tux is not necessary.

Yes, open bar!

Yes! Transportation will be provided for our guests to and from the wedding venue. A shuttle will pick guests up directly from the Courtyard Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn. We highly recommend staying at either of these two hotels. For guests not staying at one of the wedding block hotels, please park at Elite Event Services parking lot located at 1684 Waldens Creek Rd Pigeon Forge, TN for transportation to and from the wedding venue. Due to limited parking & mountainous roads, there will be no available parking at the wedding venue. Please see the 'Travel' tab for the shuttle schedule departure times.

Both! Our ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outdoors on a mountain overlook. Dinner will be held indoors and the reception will be a mix of both. Mid-November in the Smoky's will be chilly after sunset, so bring a jacket or shawl if you think you might need it (talking to you FL bunnies)

As much as we love your kiddos, due to mountain safety concerns, this is an adults-only event. Enjoy the night off, our open bar, & have some fun celebrating with us!

We ask that you reference your invitation and RSVP information due to limited seating.

Uber services are available in the area and a great option for getting to the Friday night welcome drinks or catching our provided shuttle at the base of the mountain to the wedding. However, due to lengthy wait times and frequent cancellations, we highly recommend using our provided transportation to get up the mountain to the wedding venue. Using the pre-scheduled rides is a great option to avoid lengthy wait time in the area.

We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture our special moment so that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy it with us. We kindly ask that all cell phones be put away during the ceremony. However, we strongly encourage photos and videos to be taken at our cocktail hour and reception! Please share the love and tag us in your post.
